Balans Schoonmaak- en Bedrijfsdiensten B.V. was formed from the merger of two cleaning companies, Constant Dienstverlening B.V. from Alphen aan de Rijn and Balans Schoonmaak- en bedrijfsdiensten B.V. from Sint Pancras. Balans has existed since 1995 and Constant since 1980.
Today, over 400 Balans cleaning employees carry out various cleaning activities for clients in Amsterdam, North Holland, South Holland and Utrecht. Balans employees clean offices, commercial and retail premises, schools, cleanrooms, laboratories, healthcare institutions and apartment complexes on a daily basis.
Balans has branches in Alkmaar and IJsselstijn.
